Terms of Service
Last updated: June 7, 2026
By using TitleRun.gg you agree to these terms.
The game
TitleRun is an independent, fan-built sports simulator for entertainment. Results (records, grades, “perfect-season outlook”) are model-driven projections, not factual claims about real players, teams, or outcomes. See How 40-0 works.
Not affiliated
TitleRun and its game modes are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NCAA, NFL, MLB, NBA, any league, conference, university, team, award organization, or player. Real names, schools, seasons, statistics, and awards are used as factual historical references.
Acceptable use
- Don’t submit display names that are offensive, harassing, impersonating, or unlawful. We filter names and may remove or hide names and runs at our discretion.
- Don’t attack, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the game, its API, or the leaderboard.
- Don’t use the site for any unlawful purpose.
User-submitted content
You are responsible for any display name you submit. By submitting one, you grant us a license to display it publicly on the leaderboard and result pages. We may remove content that violates these terms.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Projections may be inaccurate; do not rely on them for betting or any real-world decision.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TitleRun is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Because the site is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim relating to it will not exceed USD $100. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Intellectual property
The TitleRun name, branding, and original code and design are ours. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and are referenced factually.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance of the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
